Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel answers questions ranging from tricare benefits to retirement benefits and cyber warfare, during a visit with troops in Honolulu, Hawaii May 30, 2013. Hagel is on the first leg of a trip that will take him to Singapore and Brussels to meet with defense leaders and speak at the Shangri-La Dialogue.
