Secretary of Defense and Japan Minister of Defense to Conduct Press Events at the Pentagon
Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel will welcome Japan's Minister of Defense Itsunori Onodera to the Pentagon with an honor cordon at the River Entrance on April 29 at 1 p.m. EDT. Following their bi-lateral meeting, they will conduct a press conference at 1:55 p.m. EDT in the Pentagon Press Briefing Room (2E973). Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the River Entrance only. Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the events; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification. Please call 703-697-5131 for escort into the building. |
