Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Jeff Reyes meets his baby for the first time as his ship arrives in Norfolk, Va., March 28, 2013. Reyes is assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill, which returned from a deployment to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
