CONTRACTS

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

            M-B Companies Inc., New Holstein, Wis.*, was awarded contract (SPE8EC-13-D-0006).  The award is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract with a maximum $382,500,000 for procurement of commercial type fire and emergency vehicles.  Location of performance is Wisconsin, with a Feb. 5, 2017 performance completion date.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies.  There were twenty-four solicitations with twenty-four responses.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2013 through fiscal 2018 Defense Working Capital funds.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa. 

            Nexco Solutions L.L.C., Dublin, Ohio, was awarded contract (SP0600-13-D-0750).  The award is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum $19,022,210 for fuel system icing inhibitor.  Locations of performance are in Ohio, New Jersey, Illinois, California and Louisiana, with a Jan. 30, 2015, performance completion date.  Using agency is Defense Logistics Agency Energy.  There were four responses to the Web solicitation.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2013 Defense Working Capital funds.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va. 

U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND

            Insitu Inc., Bingen, Wash., has been awarded a $1,000,000 minimum - $190,000,000 maximum, twenty-five month, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) support to U.S. Special Operations Command.  The contract is for the Mid-Endurance Unmanned Aircraft System (MEUAS) ISR service using contractor-owned and contractor-operated equipment.  The work will be performed in Bingen, Wash., and overseas.  U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity.  The contract number is (H92222-13-D-0005). 

NAVY

            Reyes Construction Inc., Pomona, Calif., is being awarded $8,129,500 for firm-fixed-price task order #0003 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-09-D-1648) for design and construction of Special Operations Forces Range 130 Support Projects at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton.  The task order also contains one unexercised unplanned modification, which if exercised would increase cumulative task order value to $8,784,500.  Work will be performed in Camp Pendleton, Calif., and is expected to be completed by November 2014.  Fiscal 2012 Military Construction Special Operations Command funds in the amount of $8,129,500 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Five proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.
