General Officer Assignment The chief of staff, U.S. Air Force announced today the following assignment: Col. Sarah E. Zabel, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, commander, 75th Air Base Wing, Air Force Sustainment Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, to special assistant to the commander, Air Force Sustainment Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla.
