The Mauritius navy, coast guard and police conduct a boarding drill during Exercise Cutlass Express 2012 in Port Louis, Mauritius, Nov. 6, 2012. The U.S. Africa Command-sponsored exercise focuses on addressing common maritime issues through information sharing and coordinated operations among East African navies.
