Airmen conduct radio checks at the Manahawkin Armory in Stafford Township, N.J., Oct. 31, 2012. Airmen and soldiers from the New Jersey National Guard conducted rescue operations from the Armory into Long Beach Island, N.J., where they assisted residents displaced by Hurricane Sandy. The airmen are assigned to the 108th and 177th fighter wings.
