A U.S. Air Force combat rescue officer and three pararescuemen prepare simulated casualties for transport before loading them onto an HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter during a mass casualty training scenario as part of exercise Pacific Thunder 2012 near Osan Air Base, South Korea, Oct. 18, 2012. The officer and pararescuemen are assigned to the 31st Rescue Squadron.
