U.S. Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta and U.S. Ambassador Rose M. Likins meet with Peruvian Defense Minister Pedro Cateriano Bellido in Lima, Peru, Oct. 5, 2012. Panetta is visiting Peru and Uruguay to enhance security cooperation in the region.
