U.S. Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta lays a wreath at the World War II Hall of Memories at the Auckland War Memorial Museum in Auckland, New Zealand, Sept. 21, 2012. Panetta visited Tokyo and Beijing before traveling to Auckland to conclude a weeklong trop to the Asia-Pacific region.
