U.S. Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta meets with Japan's Defense Minister Satoshi Morimoto in Tokyo, Sept. 17, 2012. Panetta talked with defense counterparts in Tokyo before traveling to Beijing and Auckland, New Zealand, on a weeklong trip to the Pacific region.
