U.S. Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta speaks to service members on Yakota Air Base in Tokyo, Sept. 17, 2012. Panetta visited with defense counterparts in the city before traveling to Beijing and Auckland, New Zealand, on a weeklong trip to the Pacific region.
