Soldiers help residents clear debris from the sidewalks of St. Charles Avenue in downtown New Orleans, during Tropical Storm Isaac, Aug. 30, 2012. The soldiers are assigned to the 1023rd Engineer Company, 528th Engineer Battalion, Louisiana National Guard.
