Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, addresses the U.S. Paralympics Committee and several of its sponsors in London, Aug. 30, 2012. Dempsey honored the legacy of the games and expressed his gratitude to the supporters of wounded warriors and disabled veterans.
