Soldiers travel through flooded waters on Washington Street in Ocean Springs, Miss., Aug. 28, 2012. The soldiers, assigned to 1st Battalion, 204th Air Defense Artillery, are some of the 1,500 Mississippi National Guardsmen responding to Hurricane Isaac.
