An infrared satellite image of Tropical Storm Isaac provided by the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory in Monterey, Calif., Aug. 27, 2012, shows the storm at 1:00 a.m. EST. Isaac is expected to strengthen into a hurricane and impact the U.S. Gulf Coast.
