Army Lt. Col. Mark Weber and Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, chat before Weber's end of service ceremony at the Minnesota National Guard Armory in Rosemount, Minn., Aug. 16, 2012. Earlier in the day, Dempsey conducted a town hall with Minnesota National Guardsmen.
