Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Michael DeQuattro instructs a midshipman on how to address a non-commissioned officer at Recruit Training Command, the Navy's only boot camp, in Naval Station Great Lakes, Ill., Aug. 9, 2012. Midshipmen from colleges and universities in the Chicago area attended annual orientation at the naval station. The eight-day orientation gives incoming Naval ROTC freshman a glimpse of Navy life and the type of training they will experience.
