Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta and Veterans Administration Secretary Eric K. Shinseki answer questions during a press conference at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, Ill., May 21, 2012. Panetta and Shinseki toured the facility, which is the first of its kind to bridge the gap between DOD and VA needs by serving active duty service members and retirees.
