Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta delivers remarks at the Pentagon Force Protection Agency's 10th anniversary event at the Pentagon, May 2, 2012. The agency was established May 3, 2002, in response to the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks and the October 2001 anthrax attacks.
