U.S. sailors prepare to shift colors on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson as the ship anchors for a port visit in Perth, Australia, April 24, 2012. The Carl Vinson and embarked Carrier Air Wing 17 are deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
