U.S. Navy Adm. James A. Winnefeld Jr., vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, introduces the USO spring tour celebrities to hundreds of fans on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, April 19, 2012. Nine celebrities accompanied Winnefeld on the four-country tour to entertain thousands of troops.
