Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta and Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin E. Dempsey testify at a hearing of the Senate Budget Committee at 9:30 a.m. EST in room 608, Dirksen Senate Office Building. Secretary of the Air Force Michael Donley and Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz will provide testimony at 10 a.m. EST to the House Armed Services Committee on the Air Force's FY13 budget request at the Rayburn House Office Building, Washington, D.C. Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter makes remarks on cyber defense at 2.30 p.m. at the RSA Conference in San Francisco, Calif. Adm. Robert Willard, commander, U.S. Pacific Command and Gen. William Fraser, commander, U.S. Transportation Command will testify at 9:30 a.m. EST before the Senate Armed Services Committee in Room SD-106, Dirksen Senate Office Building, Washington, D.C. Retired Gen. John Abizaid, Defense Health Board subcommittee chair, will brief the news media concerning the Dover Port Mortuary Independent Review Subcommittee Report at 12:30 p.m. EST in the Pentagon Briefing Room (2E973). Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the River Entrance only.
