In this position, you will serve as a Senior Hazard Mitigation Assistance Specialist for implementation of the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) grant programs and as HMA liaison to State counterparts. This requires provision of technical assistance, analysis, monitoring, and policy interpretation in support of Federal and State grants management processes, from award, implementation, financial tracking and close-out. Job Summary:
As the Financial Management Specialist in the Mission Support Division, Administrative Services Branch, for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Region II located in Earle Naval Ammunition Depot, New Jersey , you will provide a high level of operational expertise in the current financial management system, policies and procedures.
