FEMA Community Relations and Individual Assistance Specialists work together at COSTCO in Staten Island, NY to reach residents affected by Hurricane Sandy.

Seaford, N.Y., Nov. 27, 2012 -- FEMA Disaster Recovery specialists, Judy Brigsby and Mike Hall assist a Hurricane Sandy survivor with her housing needs at a FEMA/State Disaster Recovery Center in Seaford, New York.
