The incumbent must have an understanding of the life cycle of a public assistance disaster declaration including the two distinct phases: Grant Development phase Grant management and Closeout phase Apply for this opportunity to be a part of the Disaster Assistance Division in the Kansas City Closeout Center in Region VII located in Kansas City, MO. PROMOTION POTENTIAL: Future promotions will be dependent on your ability to perform the duties at a higher level, the continuing need for an employee assigned to the higher level, and administrative approval.
