USCIS Public Engagement Division: Introducing New Registration Process for National Stakeholder Engagements

Dear Stakeholder,

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is introducing a new registration process for national stakeholder engagements.

Going forward, each invitation will include a unique link to a website where you will be asked to enter your email address and preferences for that engagement. This system will streamline registration, eliminate duplicative email messages, and allow you to indicate your method of attendance. If you are a regular participant in USCIS engagements, you will be able to set your preferences to expedite future registrations. A step-by-step guide is attached to this message.

We also recommend that you update your subscription preferences, as the options have changed.

The Public Engagement Division now maintains two subscription lists:

  • Updates from the USCIS Public Engagement Division and;
  • Updates from the USCIS Intergovernmental Affairs Branch.

Subscribing to these lists will ensure you receive notification of all documents available for public comment as well as invitations to all upcoming national stakeholder engagements.

For news and alerts from USCIS, we recommend subscribing to those individual topics. A full list of email services can be found here.

We welcome your feedback on this new process. Please send all comments, questions, or concerns to Public.Engagement@uscis.dhs.gov.
