The E-Verify Questions and Answers  section has been updated and redesigned. You will find a helpful list of frequently asked questions divided into categories that make it easier for you to obtain answers quickly. Learn about enrolling in E-Verify, how to create and manage cases, monitoring and compliance and more.  Workers can also find answers to their E-Verify questions.

Central I-9 en Español

As promised, the award-winning I-9 Central website is now in Spanish, Central I-9! The  Manual Para Empleadores (M-274 Handbook for Employers) and much more can be found on the Central I-9. Employers and employees now have easy access in two languages to resources, tips, and guidance about Form I-9, USCIS.gov’s most frequently accessed form.  

Searchable E-Verify Employer Database

E-Verify made it easier for you to find enrolled employers. The new searchable database replaces the list of E-Verify employers and federal contractors. The database allows you to filter, sort, and export employer results. Try it out.  

New! Employee Rights Webinars

E-Verify and the Department of Justice have introduced a new webinar about employee rights to empower worker advocates to better assist workers with issues about their rights and resources. Workers are also welcome to join and learn about Form I-9, E-Verify and Self Check.  View the schedule 

Free Employee Rights Tool Kit  

Worker advocates and employees can now access the Employee Rights Tool Kit online for FREE! The tool kit has multi-media materials to help worker advocates and other stakeholders assist workers with the employment eligibility verification process and other important topics. Share the videos, educational brochures, and more in English and Spanish or order your FREE copy of the DVD/CD. 

Employee Rights Video on You Tube

You can now learn about E-Verify Employee Rights and Responsibilities on the USCIS You Tube page. The 5 minute video, Know Your Rights, available in English and Spanish, educates workers about their rights in the E-Verify process.  Share the link on your website.

Pathway to Enrollment

Whether you are ready or not to enroll in E-Verify today, the new E-Verify Enrollment page will help you. The new webpage links you to resources that answer your questions and help you prepare to enroll. You can even view the video How to Enroll in E-Verify. Don’t delay; get started today! 

Post the E-Verify Logo

Let the public know you use E-Verify!  E-Verify participating employers, federal/state agencies, and other eligible associations are encouraged to display the official E-Verify Trademark (logo)  on their websites where applicable.  Simply fill out and return the E-Verify Trademark Licensing Agreement
