Watch Special Naturalization Ceremony Live from Gettysburg - Featuring Steven Spielberg - Today 10 a.m. EST
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services sent this bulletin at 11/19/2012 08:51 AM ESTOn Monday, Nov. 19, USCIS will welcome 16 new citizens during a special ceremony commemorating the 149th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg. Hollywood legend Steven Spielberg will give the keynote address during the ceremony at Gettysburg National Military Park in Gettysburg, Pa. He will be joined by Lincoln portrayer James Getty.
USCIS will live stream the ceremony starting at 10 a.m. EST on Nov. 19. For viewing information, please visit www.uscis.gov/live.
This ceremony is possible through the partnership USCIS has with the National Park Service that encourages both agencies to co-host naturalization ceremonies in these special places set aside for public enjoyment and historical commemoration.
