9,900 School Speed Tests
Way to go Oklahoma! As of last Friday, 9,900 School Speed Tests have been run by teachers, IT coordinators, and staff from 816 schools!
Thanks to you, our data will empower state and district administrators to prioritize Internet infrastructure upgrades, and make the case for increased investment in Internet access for Oklahoma’s schools.
But we’re not done yet, we have more than 10,000 tests and 939 schools to go! Is your school one of them?
It’s easy! Anyone on a school network can go to http://partners.schoolspeedtest.org/oklahoma, enter their school info, and click “Start Test!” to take a one-minute automatic test that will measure the available Internet capacity at their school.
But to be successful, we need your help collecting 10 to 20 School Speed Tests from your school before February 28, so we can provide actionable data to your IT staff and administrators.
Help us make the case for an upgrade for Oklahoma schools!
Visit http://partners.schoolspeedtest.org/oklahoma often and take tests at different times of day.
Special thanks to our top ten testing schools!
