Pre-General Election Reporting of Independent Expenditures, Electioneering Communications, and State Question Communications
The General Election is 2 weeks from Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Political Action Committees (PACs), Political Party Committees, and entities making Independent Expenditures (IEs), Electioneering Communications (ECs), or State Question Communications (SQCs) prior to the General election on November 3, 2020 may have reports due before the General election.

NOTE: Committees also have 3rd Quarter Contributions and Expenditure Reports Due no later than October 31, 2020.

Pre-General IE/EC/SQC Reports
October 20, 2020 to October 26, 2020 Reports Due: Pre-Election Reports are due for Committees and non-committees making IEs, ECs, and SQCs:
- totaling $5,000 or more made prior to October 20, 2020; and
- not previously reported on an IE/EC/SQC Report.
Next Business Day Reporting: IE/EC/SQC
October 20, 2020 and ending on November 3, 2020: Reports are due no later than the next business day from Committees and non-committees making IEs, ECs, and SQCs:
- totaling $5,000 or more and made from October 20, 2020 through November 3, 2020.
- once $5,000 is reached, each additional IE/EC/SQC will require a next business day report regardless of amount.
Reporting Tips
- Enter IEs and ECs daily during the last two weeks before an election.
- Enter IEs and ECs in chronological order from oldest to newest
- Where to Enter Data and Filing Reports:

Committees: Log-in to the committees Guardian System account to enter the information and file the reports.

Non-Committees: Go to http://guardian.ok.gov, and use the Special Reports tab to access the IE/EC/SQC Reporting page.
