May, always be prepared for emergencies during these months while traveling.

all weather permitting:
I-244
pavement reconstruction project; lane and ramp closures
As part of a pavement
reconstruction project between the I-244/US-75 junction (northeast corner of
the Inner Dispersal Loop) to near Memorial Dr., significant delays can be
expected through summer 2016. Lane and ramp closures until further notice
include:
·All lanes of westbound I-244 are detoured at the
northeast corner of the IDL to southbound US-75, and around the east, south and
west legs of the IDL through June.
·The northbound US-75 ramp to eastbound I-244 is closed
through June; a detour is in place to use eastbound I-244 on the west and north
legs of the Inner Dispersal Loop.
·The southbound US-75 off-ramp to eastbound I-244 is
closed through June; follow the IDL around to access eastbound I-244.
·East and westbound I-244 is narrowed to two lanes in
each direction from near the US-75 junction (northeast corner of the IDL) to
near Memorial Road. Drivers should be
alert to a mobile striping operation in this corridor from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday; no lanes will be closed but traffic will have short delays.
·The westbound I-244 on ramp
from Yale Ave. and the off-ramp to Delaware Ave. are closed.
·North and southbound Peoria Ave. is narrowed to one
lane in each direction under I-244.
·The eastbound I-244 on-ramp from 2nd St. is
closed through June.
·The eastbound I-244 on-ramp from Yale Ave. is closed
through July.
·The
eastbound I-244 off-ramp to Utica Ave. is closed through June; the eastbound
I-244 on ramp from Utica Ave. will be closed from 7 a.m. Tuesday through June.
·The
right lane of westbound I-244 will be closed near Utica Ave. from 7 p.m.
Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday; traffic will switch to a new section of pavement,
and drivers are urged to use caution.
Short-term ramp closures on US-412/US-64/SH-51 Tuesday
Drivers can expect short-term ramp closures at
various locations on east and westbound US-412/US-64/SH-51 from Quanah Ave. to
129th W. Ave. from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday for a mobile striping
operation.
Ongoing projects:
Cincinnati
Ave. bridge load posted over Inner Dispersal Loop
The southbound Cincinnati Ave. bridge over the
south leg of the IDL, which includes exits to 15th St. and eastbound
US-64/SH-51 (Broken Arrow Expressway) is load posted until further notice. It is
posted at seven tons for 2-axle box trucks, 10-tons for semis and 20-tons for
double-trailer semis.
US-75 narrows near
Ramona daily
The left lane of north
and southbound US-75 will be closed between Ramona to south of Bartlesville
from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays as part of an ongoing cable barrier installation
project.
SH-167 narrowed north
of I-44 in Catoosa
North and southbound SH-167 (193rd E. Ave.) is narrowed to one open
lane and a 12-foot lane restriction in place from near Pine St. to near the
SH-266/SH-167 junction until early fall as part of a bridge rehabilitation
project. Temporary signals are in place. Delays can be expected in this
corridor.
