State Route 129 full closure scheduled for

culvert replacement

Butler County (Monday, July 1, 2019) - Culvert replacement requires closing State Route 129 at California Road in Morgan Township (mile marker 1.21), for five days beginning Monday, July 8. California Road at SR 129 will also be closed.

The detour uses SR 126 and Chapel Road.

Arrow boards and/or signs will alert motorists of the work zone and road closure. All work is contingent upon the weather.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
