Roundtable Discussions Scheduled

In the first series of meetings, held in 2012, more than 1,100 of you shared your vision and ideas about how our region should develop over the next 30 years. The Metropolitan Council has begun working those ideas into the long-range vision for the Twin Cities region, called Thrive MSP 2040.

But we need some additional input from community leaders, elected officials, and the general public on four key areas:

  • Regionally Significant Economic Places
  • Water Supply
  • Land Use and Transit
  • Affordable Housing

Join us for a roundtable discussion to examine these issues. Attendees at each meeting will have the opportunity to discuss two of the four issue areas in small groups. There'll be plenty of room, so plan to join in to discuss whichever issues you're passionate about. Bring your unique perspective to the table.

Please RSVP if you plan to attend. Visit www.thrivemsp.org for more details.

If you can't join us for one of the meetings, be sure to join the discussion at the Your Ideas site.
