Download Detail Reports No Longer Showing Duplicate Records

The temporary issue with Download Detail reports showing duplicate DTL2, DTL3, or DTL4 records (if reported) for employees that work for more than one reporting unit has been resolved.

Also, the totals on the Download Detail now match the totals found on the summary page. You are able to use the Download Detail report as needed.

Must Use New DTL4 File Layout to Copy Forward for DTL Records

If you use the copy forward method to populate the DTL4 records on your retirement report, you must use the new reporting format implemented on December 1, 2012. Copy forward will no longer work for reports in the old format. Any reports populated using copy forward with the old format will receive the following error message:

The new DTL4 file layout can be viewed in the Reporting Instruction Manual at www.michigan.gov/orsrim or at www.michigan.gov/psru under 2012 Retirement Reform.
