Reform Alert # 32 – Download Detail Reports Showing Duplicate Records

 

If you are reporting an employee who works for more than one reporting unit, you may find duplicate DTL2, DTL3, and DTL4 records (if reported) on the Download Detail report. The duplicate records are appearing in the totals only on the Download Detail.

 

The duplicate records are not:

 

  • Posting to the member account twice.
  • Included on the report totals page.

 

If you remove the duplicate record from your Download Detail report and re-run the total at the bottom, the totals should match the amounts on the Report Totals page, and it will calculate the correct amount to be paid to ORS.

 

ORS is working on this temporary issue and will notify you when it has been corrected.
