Reform Alert # 30 - November report and payment due dates extended

In consideration of the reporting changes that must be implemented by December 1, 2012, ORS has extended the report and payment due dates for the month of November.

Payroll Report	Temporary Report Due Date	Temporary Payment Due Date
November	December 14, 2012	December 18, 2012

December 2012 reports will be due on January 8, 2013. December 2012 payments will be due on January 10, 2013.
