miAccount Computer Lab Open October 22-25 in Lansing Area

You can get help using miAccount to learn about the changes to your retirement plan and to make your elections at the Office of Retirement Services (ORS), October 22-25.

Customer Service representatives will be available to help you log in to miAccount to review personalized retirement reform information. Be sure to bring your Member ID, or your miAccount User Name and Password, if you have them.

Why should I log into miAccount?

The information available to you in miAccount will explain the changes that were recently made to your retirement plan and how they affect you. You’ll find personalized estimates, frequently asked questions (FAQs), calculators, a short recorded seminar, and much more. You’ll also use miAccount to make your retiree healthcare election, and if you’re in the MIP or Basic plan, your pension election.
