Reform Alert # 15 - New Hire Retirement Plan Election form R0940C Revised

The New Hire Retirement Plan Election form R0940C has been revised to correct a minor mistake to the descriptions in the Plan Choices Overview & Things to Consider section. There were no changes to the election form itself. Clear your browsing history/cache to ensure that you are accessing the latest version (dated 10/1/12). Please distribute the revised form to employees who first work on or after September 4, 2012.
