The Michigan Small Business Development Center (MI-SBDC) has assembled an experienced team of experts to discuss the many aspects of purchasing or selling a business. The program opens with an overview presentation that sets the framework for the day. Then, buyers and sellers will breakout into individual tracks covering key topics for each. The program ends with a session with buyers and sellers participating in a Q and A with a panel of experienced professionals.
Who should attend: Those who are looking to purchase or sell a business, as well as accountants, attorneys, business brokers, financial planners, CEOs and CFOs.
