Get to know your regional Analyst / Auditor!

Meet Gretchen Fisher, the regional Real Estate Compliance Auditor for the Central region of the state.

I’m an Indianapolis Near Eastsider and have been in Indianapolis most of my life. I took about 8 of my younger years, with numerous breaks, to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts at John Herron School of Art. I’m an extreme advocate for buying and eating local, and supporting my community. I’m also an avid gardener, remodeler, sewer, and farmhand. My life revolves around Do It Yourself projects and making do with what I already have.

Some random twists and turns led me to IHCDA after a long stint in the commercial printing industry. I really enjoy what I do in Compliance and have had quite a few rewarding experiences since I moved to the department in February.

Meet Dani Miller, the Coordinator for the Real Estate Production Department.

I just recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hanover College with a Bachelor's in Cultural Anthropology. I always get asked how such a degree applies to the "real world" and my current position here at IHCDA. Anthropology taught me humility, empathy, and enhanced my willingness to help and understand others. These things help me take a step back from my daily administrative tasks and remind myself of the many ways our department and agency as a whole strives to assist and empower Hoosiers.

I'm originally from Kansas City and enjoy being active and outdoors. In the future, I see myself going back to school to get my Masters in Ecotourism and Community Development.
