Get to know your regional Analyst / Auditor!

Meet Chris Nevels, the regional Real Estate Analyst for the Southwest region.

"I started at IHCDA about a year ago as the System & Data Specialist before taking over as a Production Analyst in April. I’m originally from Alabama and attended the University of Alabama where I studied political science and English. I then moved to Bloomington to attended law school at IU. I volunteered at the Shalom HELP Legal Clinic where I provided consultation to Bloomington’s homeless community. After graduation, I joined a firm in northwest Indiana. Eventually, I realized I was not passionate about insurance defense litigation so I left the firm and moved to Indianapolis. I decided I wanted to continue working in a field where I could truly help people - even if it was not through legal means. After two years at a local non-profit, I took advantage of a new opportunity and began working at IHCDA."

Meet George McMannis, the regional Compliance Auditor for the Southwest region.

"I am the Senior Compliance Auditor for the Real Estate Department at IHCDA; I have been with IHCDA for 7.5 glorious years. I have earned the TCS, SCS, COS, NCP, and HCCP industry certifications. I have two children, George VI and Madeleine, and my golf handicap is a 5."
