PALATKA-TO-ST. AUGUSTINE TRAIL TO BE DESIGNATED AS PART OF EAST COAST GREENWAY

~State Trail to become part of 3,000-mile East Coast Greenway~

ARMSTRONG - Join the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Palatka-to-St. Augustine State Trail to celebrate the designation of this trail as part of the East Coast Greenway, which stretches 3,000 miles from Maine to Key West. The Department joins other partners, including St. Johns County, Putnam County, East Coast Greenway Alliance, Florida Department of Transportation and the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy in this celebration. The event will feature a trail sign unveiling, a ranger-guided hike or bicycle ride and light refreshments, served by the Spuds, Elkton, Armstrong Community Help Resource Center.
