DEP TO HOLD PUBLIC WORKSHOP ON SILVER SPRINGS ATTRACTION, SILVER RIVER STATE PARK LAND MANAGEMENT PLAN

~Public comment will be accepted on the development of the land management plan for the Silver Springs Attraction and Silver River State Park~

OCALA  – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Florida Park Service will host a public workshop at 7 p.m. March 7 to gather community input on the development of the land management plan for the Silver Springs Attraction and Silver River State Park. The workshop will be held at Fort King Presbyterian Church.

The public may also provide comments by email to lewis.scruggs@dep.state.fl.us or by regular mail at the address below. Comments should be received no later than Mar. 15, 2013.
