Landmark/Raze Cases Removed from HPRB Meeting of April 25 2013/Agenda Revised

Greetings:

 

Consideration of the landmark applications and raze permits regarding the Bond Bread Factory, 2146 Georgia Avenue, NW (case #13-11) and the Washington Railway and Electric Company Garage, 2112 Georgia Avenue, NW (case #13-12), scheduled for the April 25th HPRB meeting, have been deferred at the request of the property owner until the May 23rd HPRB meeting. Please note that the meeting will now begin at 10:00AM, with consideration of the McMillan Reservoir master plan and design guidelines. The agenda for the afternoon session of the April 25th meeting and the agenda for the May 2nd meeting are unchanged.

The Historic Preservation Review Board will meet to consider the following items on April 25 and May 2, 2013. The meeting on April 25 will begin at 10:00AM; the meeting on May 2nd will begin at 9:00 AM. Both meetings will be held at 441 4th Street, NW in Room 220-South. Applicants and those interested in testifying should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the assigned time for the case.
