Funding and Application Procedures Updated

Due to an increase in loan demand, the CHF Residential Retrofit Program is rapidly approaching a point at which all available loan funds will be exhausted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your customers, and we greatly appreciate both your participation in this Program and your continued cooperation as we try to find a solution to address this issue.
Effective immediately, the following procedures are being implemented for all new loan and grant applications:
  1. COMPLETE applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
  2. Incomplete applications WILL NOT be processed until they are complete.
  3. Once an application is complete, CHF staff will verify that funds are available. If funds are available, the Participating Contractor will be notified and the Application will be processed.
  4. If an application is complete, but funds are not available, the application will be placed on a waiting list (based on the date of completion), and the Participating Contractor will be notified. If funds become available again, the Application will then be processed.
