Looking for youth presentations...
The San Mateo County Youth Commission is proud to present the 2012 SMC Youth Conference! Held Saturday March 17th, at the College of San Mateo, it will be an exciting and inspiring event. Our theme this year is "The Youth Revolution", emphasizing that "Change starts with You(th)!" and "You can't have a revolution with out LOVE".
We are currently accepting proposals from youth to present at the Conference! From presentations on research, "how to" lectures, training, youth-led fishbowl discussions, panel discussions, performances, art installations, anything and everything is acceptable!
Proposal forms must be received by 4PM on January 13th, 2012.
Come be a part of a momentous event by youth for youth! Proposals forms can be downloaded here and all information regarding the Conference can be found on the Conference website:

Formed to learn about the state legislative process, to vet and endorse bills, and to advise the County's Board of Supervisors, the Legislative Committee, made of eight Youth Commissioners, will meet in the beginning of January to start their important work.

We are proud to officially endorse this Project, and along with seven Youth Commissioners look forward to spreading Happiness throughout the County.
