The City is in the process of reviewing the Revised Draft New Zoning Ordinance (NZO) with the public and Planning Commission at a series of workshops. Through this process, staff has identified a need to revise the topics for upcoming workshops and to add two additional workshop dates. The updated schedule is provided below.
Planning Commission Workshops:
Workshop 7: Thursday, April 18, 2019, 6:00 pm
Topics: Height (recap), Floor Area, Fences, Freestanding Walls, and Hedges, Outdoor Storage, Open Space, Lighting
New Workshop Dates Added:
Workshop 8: Tuesday, April 23, 2019, 6:00 pm
Topics: RV/Trailer Parking and any Topics listed for April 18 but not covered at that Workshop
Workshop 9: Thursday, May 9, 2019, 6:00 pm
