Search and rescue efforts are continuing in Montecito today. The US 101 remains closed at Highway 150 in the northbound
direction and at Milpas in the southbound direction. The latest estimate
of when Highway 101 will be reopened is Monday. Transportation between Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties is available with Amtrak, the Condor Express and Island Packers.
Incident command is working on mud and debris management. This includes moving the debris to off-site locations such as Goleta Beach. The County will be releasing more information on this process and will post it on their website at www.countyofsb.org and speak to it at the press conference at 4 p.m.. It will be broadcast on KEYT Channel 3 and streamed through their website.
A Family Assistance Center remains open at the
First Presbyterian Church in Santa Barbara (21 East Constance Avenue, Santa
Barbara). The phone number is 805-364-1822. The Red Cross also has
an online tool for people in a disaster to report their location and for people

Free sand and bags are located in Goleta at the following locations:
- Fire Station 11 (6901 Frey Way and Storke Road just south of Santa Felicia, across from the main post office)
- Fire Station 14 (320 Los Carneros Road next to the Stow House Museum lot)
- Goleta Valley Community Center (5679 Hollister Avenue)
