Governor Matthew H. Mead has ordered the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Friday, February 5, 2016 at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Albany County in honor of former Wyoming Legislator Kenny Sailors who passed away January 30, 2016.
